You would be able to comment and like peoples posts, this is made from the context (VO+shift+m) menu however selecting statuses to reply to is very, very inconsistant. You can see news feeds and apparently events and other things too. The biggest deal breaker though is the Facebook implementation. The table was in the section where you add accounts. I saw a couple of unlabeled buttons without help tags and even a table with an empty "unknown" in it. I downloaded Trillian and took it for a spin.
